Karen Herrick
Karen is an experienced primary teacher and textile artist, who works with all ages, delivering creative art workshops. She can provide a range of creative experiences and has worked in a variety of settings in conjunction with schools, local councils, arts council, residential homes and health authority as well as being involved in Big Draw events.
Karen's own work utilizes both hand and machine stitch, ranging from large scale commissioned banners to smaller hand stitched and beaded bags. She also works on pieces that utilize recycled and reclaimed materials.
